Four farm buildings round a cobbled yard, turned into cottages with their own front doors. Close enough for a nightcap, far enough for a lie-in.
The Dairy, the Stables, the Granary and the Forge once kept the estate fed and shod. Now they sleep eighteen between them, each with its own kitchen and sitting room, round a yard whose fire pit stays lit long after the barn goes quiet.

The cottages
Four cottages
The Dairy is the biggest, with three bedrooms and a wood stove. The Stables, the Granary and the Forge sleep four each, and each has something of its own: a vaulted ceiling, an inglenook, a door onto the orchard.
Every cottage has a kitchen and a sitting room, so the families who want a quiet breakfast can have one.

The yard
The yard
Benches, a fire pit and strings of lights between the eaves. It's where the evening ends for most people, and where breakfast starts for the rest.
The barn is a minute away across the gravel, so nobody misses the first dance or the last song.
